Original Work

All models, assets, environments, and original concepts in Del Lago Rebuilt are the intellectual property of the project creator(s), unless otherwise credited.

• Original Assets: Custom geometry, textures, and environmental details were designed specifically for this project.
• Campus Recreation: The map layout and design are based solely on personal observation and memory. No copyrighted floorplans, official architectural drawings, or proprietary files from Del Lago Academy or the Escondido Union High School District were used in the making of this project.
• Derivative Disclaimer: Any resemblance to official school documents, secured facilities, or restricted areas is unintentional and purely coincidental.

Roblox and Third-Party Assets

Some materials incorporated into the game environment may originate from Roblox’s public toolbox or external creators.

• Permissible Use: Assets are selected only when they are made available under Roblox’s terms of service and appear free for use.
• Credit: Efforts are made to credit third-party creators whenever applicable.
• Non-Ownership: The project creator(s) make no claim of ownership over such third-party assets, which remain the property of their respective creators.

Photographs, References, and Logos

Del Lago Rebuilt does not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership over official logos, insignias, or branding belonging to Del Lago Academy or the Escondido Union High School District.

Use of real-world references falls under the following principles:

• Transformative Use: Images and materials, when incorporated, are significantly altered, edited, or repurposed to avoid duplication of official property.

Sharing, Streaming, and Fair Use by Others

The community is welcome to create and share content related to Del Lago Rebuilt under the following conditions:

1. Permitted Uses: Users may share screenshots, video recordings, commentary, or other derivative works for non-commercial purposes such as school projects, social media posts, or personal YouTube/Twitch content.
2. Attribution Requirement: Proper credit must be provided to Del Lago Rebuilt and/or the project creator(s) in any such shared content.
